Here’s what you can expect:

Flexible
Learning

Choose between a 6-week full time course, a
9-week part-time course or a 12-week Saturday only programme (limited dates). All courses are a mix of in person and online (blended), due to the
nature of what you will learn, there is an element that MUST be in person.

No Cost
To Join

Provided you are 19 or over and meet our eligibility criteria, you have absolutely nothing to pay. Plus – if you progress onto our level 3 apprenticeship, there’s nothing to pay there either.

This Skills Bootcamp offers you a unique, direct path to our accelerated level 3 apprenticeship, saving you up to 3 months of learning time and helping you start your dream role much faster.

Who & what are Skills Bootcamps for?

Skills Bootcamps are designed to support career growth and meet the evolving demands of the job market. They are ideal for enhancing existing skills, transitioning careers, or gaining employment. These bootcamps provide valuable knowledge and experience critical for future job prospects.

Key features include:

  • Collaboration with employers to ensure course content meets their needs
  • Flexible start dates to accommodate busy lifestyles
  • Face-to-face and online courses that help individuals develop essential skills for employment
  • Aid for employers in finding candidates to fill skill gaps
  • A wide range of sector-specific courses aimed at sustainable employment in England

Learners who:

  • Are aged 19 or over as of the 31st of August
  • Are employed and supported by their employers. Or those who are self-employed and want to grow their business
  • Are unemployed or returning from a break. They want an entry-level job in a new sector
  • Are not currently undertaking formal education, including another Skills Bootcamp
  • Are employed and want to change careers or progress their careers

Course Requirements:

  • To have lived in England for the last three years and have the right to work in the UK. Exceptions may apply.
  • A reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop with a camera and mic. They must also access Microsoft Office (support can be provided).
