As an Employer Partnerships Co-ordinator, you’ll build strong relationships with employers across your region, creating opportunities that help adults progress into meaningful careers. Working across our Adult Skills Fund (ASF), Free Courses for Jobs (FCFJ) and Skills Bootcamp provision, you’ll identify recruitment needs, generate vacancies and develop partnerships that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.
This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll work closely with employers, learners and colleagues to make a genuine difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain employer partnerships across your region.
- Generate vacancies, work placements and guaranteed interviews for learners.
- Promote JCL’s employment and workforce development programmes.
- Identify employer recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Attend networking events and employer meetings.
- Work collaboratively with our delivery teams to maximise learner progression.
- Maintain an accurate employer pipeline using our CRM.
- Achieve agreed employer engagement and employment outcome targets.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have:
- Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development or account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised and target-driven approach.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Experience within Further Education, employability or government-funded skills programmes would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.

About the Role
As a Learner & Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving recruitment and learner engagement across our Adult Skills Fund (ASF) and Skills Bootcamp programmes.
Working with referral partners, employers, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities and community organisations, you’ll build strong partnerships that connect adults with life-changing learning and employment opportunities. You’ll manage the learner recruitment pipeline, support enrolment activity and work closely with internal teams to ensure programmes recruit successfully and learners progress into sustainable employment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building partnerships, leading recruitment activity and making a genuine difference to people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead learner recruitment across ASF and Skills Bootcamp programmes.
- Build and manage relationships with referral partners, employers and community organisations.
- Develop recruitment campaigns and outreach activity to maximise learner starts.
- Manage learner pipelines and monitor recruitment performance against targets.
- Work collaboratively with delivery and employer partnership teams to support progression into employment.
- Represent JCL at community events, careers fairs and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM and learner management systems.
- Contribute to contract performance by achieving learner recruitment and progression targets.

About the Role
As a Learner Enrolment & Progression Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting learners throughout their journey, from initial enquiry and enrolment through to progression into employment.
Working across our Adult Skills Fund (ASF) and Skills Bootcamp programmes, you’ll ensure learners receive a seamless onboarding experience, meet funding and compliance requirements, and are fully supported to achieve positive employment outcomes.
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent organisational skills and is passionate about helping learners achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support learners through the enrolment and onboarding process.
- Complete eligibility checks, interviews and programme enrolments.
- Manage BKSB assessments, DBS applications and learner documentation.
- Ensure learner records are accurate and compliant with funding requirements.
- Support learners into work placements, interviews and employment.
- Work closely with employers and internal teams to maximise learner progression.
- Monitor learner engagement and maintain accurate records using CRM and MIS systems.
- Contribute to learner recruitment, progression and contract performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have:
- Experience in learner engagement, enrolment, employability or customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM or learner management systems.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, learner-focused approach.

Delivering across our Adult Skills Fund (ASF) and Skills Bootcamp programmes, you’ll provide engaging online learning, coaching and pastoral support, preparing learners to work confidently within inclusive school environments and support children and young people with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online learning across Education and SEND programmes.
- Coach and support learners throughout their learning journey.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
- Maintain accurate learner records in line with funding and quality requirements.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll have:
- Occupational experience within education as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or similar role.
Hold or be working towards AET, CAVA, QTS or equivalent. - Strong knowledge, understanding and practical experience of supporting children and young people with SEND.

About the Role
As a Funding & Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our government-funded programmes are delivered accurately, compliantly and to the highest standard.
Working across Adult Skills Fund (ASF), Skills Bootcamps and Apprenticeships, you’ll oversee learner data, funding claims, ILR submissions and compliance processes, helping to protect funding, support contract performance and ensure JCL remains audit-ready.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where quality and compliance make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ILR submissions, learner records and funding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DfE and devolved authority funding rules.
- Support internal and external funding audits.
- Monitor data quality, resolve compliance issues and maintain accurate records.
- Produce reports and management information to support contract performance.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum, MIS and operational teams.
- Support continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.
- Help ensure JCL maintains the highest standards of funding compliance and audit readiness.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have:
- Experience in funding, compliance, ILR, MIS or learner administration within Further Education.
- Knowledge of Adult Skills Fund, Skills Bootcamps, Apprenticeships or other government-funded provision.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Experience using MIS systems, Microsoft Office and Excel.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
