At JCL Skills Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality, practical training for the Early Years workforce. This week, our directors Claire Lee and Glen Hughes were delighted to meet with Beatrice Merrideth from the national charity Early Education to explore opportunities for collaboration.
The meeting focused on how we can support and engage with the Early Years sector in Greater London, particularly in response to growing skills shortages and training needs across nurseries, schools, and early years settings.
As providers of EYFS Skills Bootcamps and career-focused training programmes, JCL Skills Solutions brings a unique level of expertise. Our team is made up of experienced headteachers, teachers, early years specialists, school improvement officers and outdoor learning experts. This allows us to design and deliver Early Years training programmes that are both practical and aligned with current workforce challenges.
We’re proud to work with local authorities, schools, nurseries and education charities to develop training routes that support career progression in Early Years education – from entry-level pathways to advanced learning and apprenticeships.
Our discussion with Early Education was both insightful and productive, and we’re excited about the potential to form a lasting partnership that will strengthen support for Early Years professionals across Greater London and beyond.
🔹 Thank you, Beatrice, for taking the time to speak with us.
We look forward to developing future partnerships that benefit the Early Years community.
